WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
The following payment methods are accepted. PayPal(Account: pay@radosports.com), Bank Transfer, West Union, Credit Cards, Money Gram PayPal is safe and convenient and is the preferred form of payment. For PayPal payment, there will be 3.5% PayPal fee added. For other payment methods beyond the PayPal, please contact us for instructions.
ABOUT SHIPMENT:
HOW SOON WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED AFTER I ARRANGE PAYMENT?
Usually the production delivery time is 7-12 days, and the production of an order is completed, and we will ship it as soon as possible.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Usually, we ship products directly by EMS. Your package will take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. If customers want to use faster shipping methods, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc, please contact us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days of payment, please feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. If you still do not receive the package for 2 months, we will arrange to redo the products for you or arrange a refund.
Note: we will not provide shipping refunds due to weather related delivery delays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND IT WAS DAMAGED?
Your basketballs are carefully packaged and protected to ensure they are in good condition. If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. The package will then be returned to us and we will redo the product for you or arrange for a refund.
If you have signed for the package and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if shipping damaged.
HOW MUCH CUSTOMS DUTY (TAXES) DO I HAVE TO PAY?
All taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility. To ensure minimal or no tariffs, we will help declare "gift/sample basketballs" as low value. We can issue low-value invoices to help you clear customs and pay less tax. If you have any specific requirements for this, please contact us via email. We will do our best to help you solve the problem.
We also work with a shipping company which provides the tax pre-paid duty. If you are interested, please contact us directly!

DOES YOUR COMPANY OFFER CUSTOMIZED DECALS OR PAINTING?
Customized painting or logo is acceptable. You only need to email us the pictures or describe what you would like. Then we can manufacture accordingly for you. Before shipment, the picture will be sent to you for confirmation.
