WARRANTY POLICY

We warrant its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase. For original purchaser only, non-transferable, proof of purchase required. Before submitting a claim, please ensure that the warranty does not expire.
If any manufacturing defects occur within two months, the customer will receive a free replacement and RADOSPORT will pay the shipping costs.
If there is any manufacturing defect within two months, the customer will get a free replacement and we will pay the shipping cost.
If any manufacturing defect is found in the 3rd month, we will arrange free replacement or repair, and the customer will bear the freight. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items. There is no other remedy for this warranty.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Damage caused by accident, collision, large impact, abuse, neglect.
  • Modified, misplaced, misused and melted.
  • normal abrasion.
  • Cosmetic issues such as decals, clear coats and anodizing scratches.
  • Damage or deterioration of surface finish or appearance that has no effect on function.
  • losses caused by natural disasters.
  • Customs VAT, shipping or other service charges.

Warranty claims must include a description of the product defect, serial number, date of occurrence, and a copy of the accompanying proof of purchase.
